Perfect place to stay in Bergamo, we stayed just 3 nights. Its location was favourable, 15 minutes walk away from Fortified city of Bergamo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the comfort of the apartment, and we would love to come back to this area again.

Despite informing them of my arrival time, nobody was there when I arrived. After multiple phone calls, someone finally showed up after 20 minutes. The person who greeted me looked unkempt and was not wearing a mask properly, which was concerning. This experience made me question the overall cleanliness and management of the property. However, once inside, I found the bathroom to be clean and modern, and the kitchen well-stocked with essential items. The location was also convenient, with many nearby restaurants and bars. I would recommend this hotel with caution, as the check-in experience left a negative impression.

The staff was friendly and polite, and the apartment is wonderful, close to the old town, city center, and shopping street.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The unexpected bonus of having a stocked fridge with water, yogurt, bread, eggs, and juice was a pleasant surprise. The location was key, being conveniently close to the train station, making it perfect for those on a layover or passing through. the contact person Mr Mensah was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed and patiently waiting for our delayed arrival.

The thin walls, which allowed for some noise from the neighboring apartment to be heard. The price could have been a bit lower, although it was in line with the average for a city where most visitors stay for layovers.

It's an amazing place to stay with a fantastic location near the shopping street and old town, offering great access to restaurants and the charm of the old town.

the location was central and the apartment was comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. It was clean and had a nice surprise of food in the fridge. The bathroom was clean and the host was excellent, accommodating our needs and even organizing a taxi for us.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a very good area with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour Express nearby. It is also not far from the old town, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel is close to the airport, which is a bonus for travelers. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a clean and new bathroom. The service provided by the staff was also exceptional, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was abundant, with a variety of options to choose from, including eggs, yogurt, bread, and croissants.

The toilet seat in the bathroom could be improved, as the humidity from the nearby shower damaged the material.

Super comfortable stay with amazing host who arranged taxi and waited for us even though our flight was delayed. Mind-blowing breakfast with a fridge full of delicious food. All facilities provided, great location, and exceptional hospitality. Can't wait to visit again!

Lovely modern apartment, felt like a princess. Shared entrance with noisy neighbours, but hey, at least it's not on the street! Would stay again.

The room was just perfect for my stay! It had a cozy living room with a comfy sofa, where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for me to prepare my own meals. The dining area added a nice touch to my dining experience. I loved the flat-screen TV in the room, keeping me entertained with my favorite shows and movies. The private bathroom was a highlight, with a bidet and provided slippers, making it feel like a luxurious experience.

Personally, I didn't find the soundproofing in the room to be very effective. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The apartment exceeded our expectations with a very clean and new bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with soaps, shampoo, and basic cooking ingredients. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find a good selection for breakfast that included fruits, yogurts, bread, and a variety of spreads.

We felt at ease throughout our stay and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble.
